The Beta Eta Chapter initiated 20 new members in the fall last year. This means the chapter will have initiated the most girls out of all of the panhellenic sororities on their campus.
March 11 was "Alpha Gam Through the Decade" virtual sisterhood event with alumnae. They had sisters register with initiation dates and were then grouped together in breakout rooms and current members got to cycle through and visit with each initiation class, some dating back to the 1950s.
Beta Eta Chapter has also been recognized as a member of the Jewel Society, donating a minimum of $2,000 to the Alpha Gam Foundation for 25 years!
Save the Date! IRD is April 17 starting at 1 pm. Register here!
In addition to receiving support from the Annual Fund, chapter sisters also receive support from the following special fund. Please make a gift in celebration of your membership!
The Cindy Devereaux Memorial Scholarship for Beta Eta was established by her family in loving memory of Cindy Devereaux, who entered Chapter Grand as a collegian on October 27, 1995. Cindy dearly loved her life at Southern Illinois University and her sisterhood in Alpha Gamma Delta.
