WHAT'S NEW?
Gamma Delta Chapter is ranked #1 in grades among the fraternity/sorority community and #2 among all campus organizations. The chapter is also consistently ranked in the top 5 College Panhellenic Council (CPC) sororities.
Gamma Delta has been recognized as a member of the Jewel Society, donating a minimum of $2,000 to the Alpha Gam Foundation, for 23 years.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
The LaVerne Taylor Flanagan Scholarship for Gamma Delta was established by the Auburn-Opelika Alumnae Chapter in honor of LaVerne, Gamma Delta. LaVerne was initiated in 1946 and held the following positions within the Fraternity: President and Panhellenic Delegate of the Gamma Delta Alumnae Chapter, Gamma Delta House Advisor, Chapter Advisor and Panhellenic Advisor. She also served on the International Panhellenic Committee, as an alternate National Panhellenic Council delegate, Grand Vice President-Alumnae and Grand President to the Fraternity. LaVerne entered Chapter Grand in 2012.
The Barbara Drummond Thorne Scholarship benefits sisters of Gamma Delta and was established by Rebecca Thorne Carroll and Barbara Thorne Anderson in loving memory of their mother, Barbara Drummond Thorne. Barbara, Rebecca and Barbara were all initiated into Gamma Delta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta. Barbara entered Chapter Grand in 2009.
The Dee Ann Elliott Woodall Scholarship benefits sisters of Upsilon and Gamma Delta Chapters pursuing degrees in health care. It was endowed by Marvin L. Woodall in loving honor of his wife, Dee Ann Elliott Woodall, Upsilon. Dee Ann served as Grand Vice President-Alumnae and is a wearer of the Circle of Epsilon Pi.
