Fighting Hunger
Contributing to the world's work in the community where we are placed.
As the first women's fraternity to establish a philanthropic focus, Alpha Gamma Delta has a long-standing history of contributing to the world's work.
Through the Annual Fund, the Foundation provides grants to non-profit organizations throughout North America who fight hunger in our communities. With the help of our donors, this past year, we granted $275,000 toward the fight against hunger!
Grantable programs may include (but are not limited to):
- local food pantries
- food banks
- meal assistance programs for children, families or seniors
- nutritional education programs related to food assistance
The Fighting Hunger Grant Fund supports grants to local community organizations dedicated to fighting hunger.
