Delta Iota-California State University-Chico
Thanks to the generous support of alumnae, chapters, family and Foundation friends, endowments are created to support sisters in a variety of ways. The following endowment is available specifically for Delta Iota Chapter.
Consider a donation to this endowment to give more sisters the extra financial boost to pursue their dreams.
SPECIAL ENDOWMENTS
The Merlon King Fanno Memorial Scholarship for Delta Iota benefits Delta Iota sisters and was established by the chapter in loving memory of Merlon King Fanno, Delta Iota, who entered Chapter Grand in 1996. Merlon was editor of her yearbook during the Great Depression and went on to be a teacher. She was also the first Chapter Advisor for Delta Iota, serving in that capacity for 15 years.
